Hi Sharon! Yes, our global reach will be in place very soon! We plant the tv5 flag in the US in May, our int’l group is working on completing all systems for a grand May launch. TV5 has 2 int’l channels and both are now in the middle east, parts of europe and in guam. We are also working out arrangements for broadcast in japan, australia, hk, singapore, indonesia and malaysia.

Hi, everyone!

I recently joined Twitter. Yes, finally — just before my birthday ended this year on January 6. Finally got convinced! I figured it’d be another great way to reach out to you all, my fans and friends, aside from this website and my Facebook fan page. And I think I was right! Thanks to you all who’ve been following me. If you haven’t yet, my Twitter name is @sharon_cuneta12 and I try to reply to as many messages as possible. I leave lots of inspiring messages, too!

Anyway — you all know by now that I’ve moved to TV5 after 23 years with ABS-CBN. Long story. Suffice it to say that all ended well and that I did say a lot of prayers before deciding to transfer, and did get a lot of signs pointing towards my final decision to make the big move. I do hope that you will all look forward to the shows we are preparing for you on TV5! I am so excited as I will have a daily show and promise to give you only the very best of all of me!

Please come to the Smart Araneta Coliseum on February 11 to see me and Martin Nievera perform back-to-back for the first time ever in a very special Valentine concert! We’ll also be doing the very same show on February 14 at the Cebu Waterfront Hotel. We are both very excited about the concerts and hope to see you all there! It’s going to be a night full of the best love songs directed by Rowell Santiago with musical direction by Louie Ocampo.

Hello everyone! I am writing this from my bedroom at Pechanga Resort & Casino. I’ve been told that all tickets for tonight’s concert and all room+show ticket packages have been sold out (!!!) and so I can’t tell you how very happy I am right this minute! The only thing is — the U.S. Embassy in Manila didn’t release my musical director Louie Ocampo’s passport in time (of course typhoon Falcon definitely contributed to this problem too, plus it was a weekend pa), so now I don’t have my Louie to play for me tonight, but he immediately got in touch with Tateng Katindig, a great musical director based in Los Angeles, to play for me tonight. Poor Tateng had to rehearse my whole repertoire overnight then! I have yet to meet him. I will be having lunch right after I post this message and then will shower and get ready na for rehearsals. Wow. Jetlagging and all. I was supposed to arrive the other night, June 23, and have all day yesterday to rest and sleep and not talk at all. But our flight to L.A. was cancelled and a special flight had to be set for all us passengers the next day at 2:30pm. So I arrived yesterday, still June 24th here, at past 12noon, and immediately took our bus to Pechanga just outside of San Diego. One of my best(est) friends Aileen drove here last night and slept with me in my room so we both were feeling like teenagers again! Of course I was knocked out when she arrived, having had no sleep on the plane at all. But I woke up around midnight and we stayed up a couple of hours making kuwento. Hope you’re all okay and please, please, pray for my voice and Tateng’s playing later. I miss Louie so much but am grateful Tateng’s here. God bless you all and I miss you! I am typing this in my dressing room in Cache Creek Casino & Resort. Just finished rehearsing w/ Louie and Christian and am now having my hair done by Peachy. Hope you are all doing well! Pls pray for me and my shows tonight and tomorrow at 4pm and 8pm here.
